What we believe?
God: There is but one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. God is the Almighty Creator, Saviour and Judge who governs all things according to His Sovereign will and is accomplishing His purpose in creation and in the Church to His glory.
The Bible: The Bible is the complete Word of God. The sixty-six books, as originally written, comprising of the Old and the New Testaments, were verbally inspired by the Spirit of God and are therefore entirely free of error.
The Father: God the Father is the source of all that is good. He initiated creation and redemption which He accomplished through His Son and the Holy Spirit.
The Son: Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh; we affirm His virgin birth, sinless humanity and divine miracles. He died on a cross, rose bodily and ascended to heaven where He is an advocate for His people and is exalted as Lord of all.
The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit makes the Word of Christ effective to sinners, giving spiritual life and placing them into the Church. He dwells in all believers, empowering them to love, serve, witness and obey God, equipping them with gifts, and transforming them to be increasingly like Christ.
Salvation: Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross, in which He bore the punishment of sinners, is the (one and only) all-sufficient basis of God’s provision of salvation for all people of every culture and gender, expressing His love and satisfying His justice. By God’s grace the repentant sinner, through trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, is put right with God, adopted by the Father into His family and receives eternal life.
Water Baptism: In order to become joined with Christ a believer should be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit by being immersed in water and thus become partakers of the burial and resurrection of Christ.
The Church: The Universal Church is made up of all who have been born of the Spirit. It finds local expression in communities of believers called by God to worship, fellowship, proclaim the Gospel, and make disciples among all people, reflecting God’s character, engaging in works of compassion, contending for truth and justice.
Separation: A believer should be separated from sin, false doctrines and all kinds of worship contrary to the Bible.
Lord's Supper: The Lord's Supper is to be celebrated regularly till He comes, to commemorate the death of Christ.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit: The believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit: That the initial sign of speaking in tongues follows the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and that this speaking in tongues though the same in essence is different in its use and operation from that of the gift of tongues.
Divine Healing: Since temporal healing is included in the Sacrifice on the cross by Christ for atonement of sins, a believer should take it as a right and privilege to get bodily healing by prayer and faith.
The Ministry: The ministers of the church such as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers must be those who are called by the Holy Spirit, bestowed with gifts according to their different calling.
The Blessed Hope: The pre-millennial Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the resurrection, and the translation of those who have fallen asleep in Christ, together with those who are alive and remain until the Second Coming of the Lord, is imminent and is the "blessed" hope of the Church.
The Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ: The revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ from Heaven, the salvation of Israel, and the Millennial Reign of Christ on the Earth, are Scriptural promises and the world's hope.
The Final Judgment: The one who physically dies in his sins without Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, and therefore has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or for repentance. There will be a final judgment in which the wicked dead will be raised and judged according to their works. Whosoever is not found written in the Book of Life together with the devil and his angels, the beast and the false prophet will be consigned to everlasting punishment in the Lake that burns with fire and brimstone which is the second death.
The New Heaven and New Earth: We, "according to His promise, look for new Heavens and a new Earth wherein dwelles righteousness". (2 Peter 3:13).
